We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, product will not be refunded/cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing damages. If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will not be refunding you the amount of the bought product.
If you received a damaged or defective product we will issue the replacement of the same product without any additional cost. Replacement of the product depends on the availability of stock if the product is not in stock we will issue the refund. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, bar accessories, tableware, kitchenware & personal hygiene etc.

What if you received a damaged or defective product?
No worries. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue the replacement without any additional cost. You may return the product unused, and in the same (unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories of polythene, charger , carton box, manual and such other contents depending on the product ordered), labels or relevant seal, for a refund or an replacement, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after the delivery case.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please note: CentreStep Retail will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

How do I return my products?
Simply call us on +91-999-216-2166 or email at support@CentreStep.com & share your order number of the products you want to return and place a return request. Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. We’ll check your returns and approve the refund.
When will you pick up the products I want to return?
We will arrange a pick up within 3-4 business days, once the return request has been made.The items should be in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ replacement or refund may not be possible. CentreStep Retail, you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund of the sums already paid to CentreStep Retail and CentreStep Retail reserves the right to withhold the sums already received.
If I pay for my order by online , how long will it take to process my refund?
If you return your products by placing an return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works: -
- It’ll take 3-4 business days for us to receive products and perform a quality check.
- We’ll take 2 business days to approve the refund.
- Your bank or card may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.
- Your bank or card may take 2-7 business days to process it.
