We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, the product will not be refunded/canceled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing damages. Check the description of the products carefully before placing an order. Everything is mentioned in the description tab e.g. material, size, function, accessories, etc.
How to Create Return or Exchange?
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the order is delivered to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

& follow the instructions.
Once the request is created, then the concerned team will approve or reject your request on the basis of return or exchange criteria. You will be notified through an email for the same.
If your request is accepted, we’ll arrange the pick-up in 1-2 days
& If your request is rejected, it means that the stated reason doesn't meet our defined criteria. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange, If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, Note: Incase if the pick-up service is not available at your pin code, then you need to send the item to us. Shipping Fee will be borne by the customer if the pickup service is not available at your pin code. No reimbursement will be provided. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Received Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Returns Manager. To ensure that your return request is approved, Kindly upload the original damaged product image along with its packing material like outer box, inner box, tags, bubble wrap, etc.
We will issue the replacement without any additional cost. You may return the product unused, and in the same (unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories of polythene, charger, carton box, manual, and such other contents depending on the product ordered), labels or relevant seal, for a refund or a replacement, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Note: In case of missing/damaged/broken items, we request you to kindly send an unboxing video to us within 48 hours of delivery, on email@example.com only then can we consider the case. You can also upload damaged product images along with its original packing material like outer box, inner box, tags, bubble wrap, etc. on our Returns Manager.
The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully inspect it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your amount through original mode of payment, store credit or PayTm.
The entire refund process may take 10-15 business days
because it typically takes 7-10 business days
for the return item to reach us. So the refund will be initiated once we received the item & complete the inspection.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note: CentreStep Retail will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
