Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours except public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try to ship your items via Government Registered India Post but can not guarantee the same.

When will I receive my order?
Once an order is placed usually it will be delivered in 3-5 working days in metro cities and for other regions it may take 5-7 days. Delivery time depends on the origin of products because our suppliers are based on the domestic & international market. During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

Will I be charged for delivery?

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Delivery for all prepaid orders.
  • COD Orders:  Shipping fee of Rs.50.00 is applicable on COD orders.
  • All COD orders will be confirmed via OTP verification before dispatch.
  • Our prices are inclusive of GST. Taxes will be displayed during the checkout process if applicable. 

      What if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
      Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make one more delivery attempt. If you’re unavailable to receive your order on the scheduled date, your subsequent delivery will be charged. The charges will vary according to our rate card. 

      Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives?
      Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order for secure delivery.

      Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
      Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). We can deliver the products to your neighbor when you ask us to deliver. To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own.

      Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
      Yes you can but you cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.

      Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
      We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses.
