When will I receive my order?

Once an order is placed usually it will be delivered in 3-5 working days in metro cities and for other regions it may take 5-8 days. Delivery time depends on the origin of products because our suppliers are based in domestic & international market. During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive daily updates of your order from our logistic partner on your phone & registered email account.

Will I be charged for delivery?

• Shipping fee of Rs.50.00 is applicable on COD orders

• For all online paid orders the shipping charges is free.

• Our prices are exclusive of GST. Taxes will be displayed during the checkout process if applicable.

• All COD orders will be confirmed on call before dispatch. 

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, product will not be refunded/cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing damages. If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected décor, we will not be refunding you the amount of the bought product. If you received a damaged or defective product we will issue the replacement of the same product without any additional cost. Replacement of the product depends on the availability of stock if the product is not in stock we will issue the refund. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & tags. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, bar accessories, tableware, kitchenware & personal hygiene etc. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Downloadable software products * Some health and personal care items

What if you received a damaged or defective product?

No worries. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue the replacement without any additional cost. You may return the product unused, and in the same (unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories of polythene, charger , carton box, manual and such other contents depending on the product ordered), labels or relevant seal, for a refund or an replacement, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Book with obvious signs of use * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Please Note: CentreStep Retail will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
